    8 ounces whole wheat penne pasta , cooked according to package direction

    1.5 tbs butter
    1.5 tbs flour
    2 cups skim milk

    1 onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 red pepper chopped
    2 cups brussel sprouts, chopped

    4 amylu sausage, chopped

    1/4 cup parmesan cheese


in a pot, combine the buter and flour into a roux and add the garlic and onion and saute.. add the milk til ot thickens a bit... add goat cheese

add the vegetables, andthe sausage... and the pasta.

Drop into a pan...

Sprinkle w/ parmesan cheese

bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees uncovered for 15 til the top browns.
