    8 fresh apricots
    1 T. honey
    2 T. splenda


Remove pits and cut apricots into small pieces. Place in container and freeze until soft frozen.
Place soft frozen apricots in to food processor.
Blend; add honey and splenda.
Spoon into container and either eat immediately or freeze.
Could easily use peaches or similar fruit. Also great for smoothies.
