    1 slice bacon, chopped into small pieces
    1 pound red potatoes cubed
    1.5 cups onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon canola oil
    2 tablespoons butter


Cut up potatoes and Bacon in to bite sized pieces
Heat oil in a pan over nedium heat add bacon and fry til crisp.
Add potatoes and other ingredients fry till done
