Ingredients

16 oz Cooked chicken or turkey, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup Sour cream reduced fat
1 cup Shredded jack cheese
1 cup Shredded cheddar
1/2 cup Salsa
4 oz Can chopped green chiles
2 tbsp Fresh cilantro leaves
1 tsp Chili powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
8 6-inch tortilla, cut into 6 wedges
Directions
1. Coat 11 x 7 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
2. In large bowl, combine chicken, sour cream, 3/4 cupj ack cheese, 3/4 shredded cheddar, salsa, chilies, cilantro, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well and set aside.
3. Arrange half the tortillas in the bottom of prepared pan, overlapping pieces slightly to cover the surface.
4. Top with 1/2 the chicken mixture and smooth with back of a spoon.
5. Layer resrt of the tortillas over top and spoon remaining chicken mixture . Sprinkle reaming cheese over the top.
6. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes.
7. Uncover and bake 30 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
