Ingredients

    8 cooked chicken breast
    1 c diced celery
    4 c ff low sodium chicken broth
    1c diced carrots
    1 c minute rice
    4 c water

Directions

saute celery and carrots in large pot over medium heat for 3 minutes then add the broth. Bring to a boil and add rest of ingredients heat until veggies are tender. Enjoy!
