Ingredients

BISCUIT INGREDIENTS
3 cups Heart Smart Bisquik
1 cup nonfat milk
GRAVY INGREDIENTS
1 2.5 oz Packet Gravy MIX ( I use williams)
1 cup nonfat milk
1 cup water
Directions
preheat oven to 450 degrees
combine bisquik and 1 cup milk to soft dough sprinkle board with bisquik and nead at least 10 times roll to a 1/2" (inch) thick cut out using 1 1/2 inch bisquit cutter or cookie cutter of your choice should work
place on lightly sprayed sheet and bake 9 minutes
while biscuits bake combine 1 cup milk 1 cup water and mix together whisking over med heat until thickened
servings = 2 biscuits and 1/4 cup gravy
