    250 ml Simply Egg Whites
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Cream Of Tartar, 0.25 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup
    Cornstarch, 1 Tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp
    Raspberries, 1.5 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 1.5 cup, halves
    Icing Sugar, 1 tbsp
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 cup, whipped
    1 Tbsp vinegar


Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place bottomless ungreased 9" springfrom pan on top. Beat 250 ml liquid egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar in a thin stream & continue beating until shiny stiff peaks form. Sprinkle in cornstarch and add vinegar and vanilla, fold in until well combined. Spoon batter into prepared ring. Bake in 275 oven for two hours. Run knife around edge of ring, Cool completely on rack. Carefully remove pan and paper and place meringue on serving plate. Beat cream with icing sugar until thick, spoon over meringue and top with berries.
