    6 (5-oz) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup honey
    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 cup mandarin oranges
    1 cup crushed pineapple


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix honey, lemon juice and soy sauce. Place chicken in baking dish and baste with mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, then top with oranges and pineapple and baste again. Bake 35 minutes more, basting frequently. Serves 6.
