    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), one 15.5 can, drained and rinsed
    Tahini, 1/4 cup
    Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
    Water, 1/4 cup
    Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
    Pepper, cayenne, 1/8 tsp
    Lemon juice, 3 Tbl
    Salt, 1/4 tsp


Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree, adjust seasonings as needed (add a few tablespoons more water if necessary), and refrigerate.
Enjoy with fresh veggies, whole wheat pita, or (gasp) chips!
