Ingredients

    Beans, great northern, 1.5 cup
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Potato, raw, 2 medium cubed
    Water, bottled, 8 serving
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Hillshire Farm Smoked Ham, 4oz cut into cubes
    Garlic, 3 cloves diced
    Sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare beans according to bag directions. When beans are cooked combine with all other ingredeients in large soup pot. Cover and simmer on medium to low heat for about an hour. To thicken soup, mash some of the potatoes, carrots and beans with a fork. Serves about 8. (1 cup servings)
