Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef
    1 can (14.5 oz.) Stewed Tomatoes
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato Sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
    2 T. dried parsley
    1 T. chili powder
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1.25 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    .25 tsp. pepper

Directions

Crumble the beef into a slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until thoroughly heated.
