    1/3 cup 40% margarine
    1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup light yogurt
    1/3 cup chopped pecans
    1/3 cup raisins


Makes 1 bundt cake--16 pieces.

In a mixing bowl, cream together light margarine and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended; stir in vanilla extract and bananas.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to banana mixture alternately with yogurt. Stir in walnuts.

Pour into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes or until done. Cool, then dust with confectioners' sugar before serving.
