    * Market District Ground Turkey, 1 lb
    * Butternut Squash, 3.5 cup, cubes
    * Frozen Mixed Vegetables, 1.5 cup
    * Onions, .5 cup, chopped (
    * Heinz Fat Free Chicken Gravy, .3/4 Cup
    * Parkay, Spray Margarine, 5 Sprays
    * Garlic, 1/2 tsp
    * Salt, 1/4tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    * Onion powder, .25 tsp


Makes 8 Servings, Freezes well.

Preheat to 400 degrees.

Cook squash in the microwave with 1/2 cup of water for 10 minutes, or until soft.

Cook Onions until slightly browned, add turkey, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and cook well.

Place turkey and onion mixture into a 2 qt casserole dish. Pour gravy over turkey. Spread mixed vegies on top of gravy. Set aside.

Drain water from squash and mash well. Spray with butter 5 times, mix thoroughly. Layer the squash over the vegies and cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
