Introduction

Yum! So healthy, so tasty! You really cant go wrong with these. My daughter and I top them with peanut butter and a drizzle of honey for a high fiber/high protein breakfast. Yum! Ingredients

    0.5 c whole wheat flour
    3 Tbsp wheat germ
    0.5 c skim milk
    1 egg white
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 banana mashed (0.5 cup)


Directions

Easy....Combine wet and dry ingredients seperately, then combine. Use nonstick spray on a skillet and cook over med heat, watch closely, each side takes only 2 min. This recipe is for two servings of 2 small pancakes each. Enjoy!
