Introduction

Ingredients

    Olive Oil 2 tbsp
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove

    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Whipped Cream, pressurized, 2 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped

Directions

In a fry pan put about 2 Tbsp olive oil for sautéing the onion, zucchie and garlic in.

Saute:
Onion - Zucchie and Garilic
When tender add
Soy Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Whipping Cream
Cook till whipping cream is hot and add Parmesan Cheese till melted.

At this time I add chopped tomatoes and service.

If you find it runnie you can add a little corn starch mixed with cold water for thickening.

You can any vegtables you'd like to this and meat. I've made it with ham and mushrooms.
