    2 c. Nonfat plain yogurt
    14 frozen strawberries
    1 frozen banana
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    6.75oz. juice box, berry flavored
    xylitol add to your taste ( recipe calculated for 5t)


Add yogurt to blender, with blender running add juice, then one at a time add the berries and pieces of banana, then add vanilla. Taste the smoothie and add xylitol as needed. Serve immeadiately. Makes 5 1/2 c. servings.
