Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups white bread flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2/3 cup plus 3 tablspoons water
    1 Tablespoon light margerine, butter, or cooking oil (I use Country Crock Light)
    2/3 cup mashed pumpkin
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon bread machine yeast



Directions

Add ingredients according to your machine's instructions. Bake on wheat cycle. Makes 14 slices.
