    Carrots, raw, 230 grams
    Onions, raw, 115 grams
    Lentils, 60 grams
    Knorr Vegetable Stock cube
    Pepper, black, 4 dash
    Water, tap, 290 grams


Makes 4 hearty servings

Wash and chop the carrots. Wash the lentils. Peel and chop the onion. Place all the ingredients into a saucepan with a lid, crumbling the vegetable stock cube into the mixture.

Bring to the boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Pour into blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Place back in the pan and bring back up to simmering heat. Serve on its own or with toasted wheat bread dipped in Hemp Oil.
