Ingredients

    * Fiber One Cereal, 0.25 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    * philadelphia whipped cinamon n brown sugar cream chz, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * reddi wip fat free, 3 tbsp (remove)
    * *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 8 tsp (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Cinnamon (1/8 tsp)
    dash of salt

Directions

cream cheese frosting: combine cream cheese, cool whip and 1 Tbsp of splenda. Stir until smooth, and place in fridge to chill.

With food processor or blender combine fiber one, cinnamon, salt and remaining splenda. Blend to breadcrumb like consistency
Cut banana in half widthwise and lengthwise (makes 4 pieces). Spray all pieces both sides with nonstick spray, then roll them in blended mixture.
Cook in a sprayed pan on medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with the frosting.
