    1pckg jennie-o breakfast patties
    1/2 box whole grain spaghetti
    1 large red bell pepper
    1 tbs butter
    1 egg
    1 servings of turkey bacon diced


Boil spaghettie until tender.
meanwhile saute bacon and patties in skillet until browned, drain and add peppers. cook until heated through. Place meat mixture in pot and toss with cooked spaghetti. Add the butter and egg and toss until coated. Makes 4 servings
