Ingredients

*6 Chicken Breast tenderloins, no skin
1 onion, chopped
* Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced
* Baby Carrots, raw, 14 large
* *Barilla Plus Penne, 6 oz
* Summer squash, 2 cup slices
2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
* Salt, 1 tsp
* Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Mrs Dash, to taste
2 TBS garlic
pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp ground ginger
enough water to cover the top of your veggies
Directions
Put all ingredients into a pot. Add enough water to cover the solid items. Give a quick stir, and cover. Cook on medium-high for about 35 minutes (or until chicken is cooked all the way through). Makes about eight 1 cup servings.
