    1/2 cup and 1/8 cup of wheat flour
    1/2 cup and 1/8 cup of all-purpose flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp and 1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 tbsp and 1/4 tbsp sugar
    1 egg
    1 and 1/8 cup of milk 1%
    1/4 cup canola oil


Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Set aside. Mix together egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to flour mixture. Mix only until moistened. Bake in preheated waffle iron. Makes 5-6.
