Ingredients

    3 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup white rice
    1/2 cup brown rice
    1/3 cup wild rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 cup of fat free milk
    chipolte seasoning
    dried onion flakes
    dried garlic flakes
    paprika

Directions

Mix both soups, milk, onion and garlic in seperate container. Pour rices in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Add about half of the soup mixture and stir into the rice. Layer the chicken breasts on top of the rice. Pour the rest of the soup mixture over the top. Sprinkle with paprika and chipotle seasoning. Cover and back for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I like to broil mine for about 5 minutes before serving to brown the rice and the chicken.
