Ingredients

    1 Can of Black Beans (rinsed)
    Chopped Cilantro
    Roughly chopped onion
    Roughly chopped tomatoe
    Finely chopped Jalapeno
    Juice of 1 lime
    1 Avocado chunked
    Salt to taste

Directions

Rinse beans and toss all ingredients together, serve with your favorite low fat chips or even with snow peas. Very yummy!!

    Love this in the morning with my eggs! I added a clove of garlic to the recipe... very good!
    I also love it in a wrap with turkey or humus.
