Introduction

Nice, healthy side dish. The first time I made it, it was mushy, but I drain the tomatoes now (or used fresh) and it made it better! Nice, healthy side dish. The first time I made it, it was mushy, but I drain the tomatoes now (or used fresh) and it made it better!

Ingredients

    3 cups spaghetti squash
    2 tbs Kraft Free Italian Dressing
    2.5 cups of diced tomatoes
    1/4 c of unpacked brown sugar
    1/2 c of diced green pepper

Directions

1. Cook spaghetti squash in oven per directions.

2. Scrape out 3 cups of spaghetti squash.

4. Mix the rest of the ingredients in with a fork.

5. Serve!
