    1/4 cup light mayo
    1/4 cup non fat plain yogurt
    1 TBS dried dill weed
    1 tsp dried chives
    1 TBS lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste


Mix together and serve over fish. You could also use fresh herbs and non-fat products. Approximately 10 - 1 TBS servings.
