    1 12.5 oz can tuna
    2 medium tomatoes chopped
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    1 small onion thinly sliced
    2 tbsp snipped parsley
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp basil
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/8 tsp coarse black pepper
    2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta whole wheat


Mix all ingredients except pasta. Cover and refridgerate at least 2 hours, but not longer than 24. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain and toss with tuna mixture. ! serving about 1 cup.
