Ingredients

    One Cup Brown Rice
    1.25 - 1/50 Cup water
    Pinch of sea salt

Directions

Wash rice and place in pressure cooker. Add water and cook over low flame for 10-15 minutes. Add sea salt and place cover on pressure cooker. Turn the flame to high and bring cooker up to pressure. Reduce the flame to med-low, putting a flmae deflector under the pressure cooker, cook for 50 minutes.
Remove the cooker from flame and allw the pressure to come down naturally. Remove the cover and let rice sit in the cooker for 4-5 minutes.
