    1 lb lean ground pork
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1 cup shredded carrots
    2 14 oz cans pork & beans
    1 14 oz can red kidney beans
    1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 - 2 Tbsp chili powder
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder


1. In a large pot, cook pork over medium high heat until no longer pink. Drain fat if necessary.
2. Add green pepper & onion and cook for a few more minutes.
3. Next add carrots, pork & beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, pepper, & garlic powder.
4. Bring to a gentle boil & then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
