    2 cups butternut squash
    2 cups sweet potatoes
    2 cups red potatoes
    2 red onions
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    fresh thyme
    fresh rosemary


Chop all veggies and put in baking dish. drizzle olive oil and basamic vinegar and fresh herbs. Roast in oven at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper!
