Introduction

This is my home made version of chicken soup when I don't feel good.
I also do not measure, I just cut up vegetables & spices and put them in the pot.

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    about 4-6 cups water
    1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1/3-1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/3-1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
    1/3-1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 chopped hot chili pepper
    1 large carrot chopped in slivers
    2 stalks celery chopped
    3-4 cloves garlic minced
    black pepper to taste
    basil to taste
    poultry seasoning to taste

Directions

Put boneless, skinless chicken breasts and water in a pot. Boil.
Add other ingredients and cook about 1-1 1/2 hours.
