A spin on an old favorite- beef tips. A spin on an old favorite- beef tips.

    1 8oz can mushroom pieces
    1 6oz can mushroom steak sauce
    1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
    .5 clove garlic


Sautee mushroom pieces and soy sauce in a skillet until sauce is absorbed and mushrooms are lightly browned
Cook mushrooms, garlic and gravy on med-high for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Makes two servings
Makes an excellent mushroom gravy for potatos or on top of rice as well
