    1 pound beef boneless sirloin steak, 3/4 inch thick
    1/4 tsp caraway seeds
    1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 tsp paprika
    1/4 tsp peppered seasoned salt
    2 Tbsp catsup
    1/2 c sour cream optional
    Chopped fresh chives if desired


1. Cut beef into 4 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides of beef with seasoned salt.
2. Spray 12" nonstick skillet with nonstick spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook patties in skillet 3-5 min. turning once, until brown; drain.
3. Stir in tomatoes, paprika, catsup, and caraway seeds; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 15-20 mins. or until beef is tender. Top each serving with sour cream and chives if desired.
