    Frozen Hash Browns (30 oz bag)
    Shredded Cheddar Cheese (8 oz bag)
    Sour Cream (8 oz)
    Chopped Onion (1/3 cup)
    Cream of Chicken Soup, 98% Fat Free (1 can)
    Butter, Salted (1 stick)
    Lay's Original Potato Chips (1 oz)


Melt butter in microwave, poor over hash brown potatoes, add all other ingredients except potato chips. Mix thoroughly and put in glass casserole dish. Crush potato chips and spread over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
