    3 cups Bob's Red Mill Organic Polenta
    9 cups chicken broth
    a few T fresh herbs
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese


Bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the chopped herbs of your choice and slowly add the uncooked polenta. Turn the heat to low and stir almost consistantly for about 30 min. Stir in the parmesan. Grease a deep medium sized mixing bowl and spoon the polenta into it. Let the polenta cool for about 10 minutes and then invert onto a serving platter. The polenta will hold it's shape and unmold easily. Slice the polenta into 16 slices and serve with a meat sauce. Yield 16 servings.
