Ingredients

    32oz chicken broth
    1c chopped onion
    3 cloves fresh garlic diced
    1 c celery
    6c water
    3 vegetable medley bouillon cubes
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 lg chicken breasts diced
    4 c carrots chopped
    2c multigrain rotini plus noodles
    2 bay leaves

Directions

Combine broth, water, bouillon, onion, celery, garlic, chicken, and bay leaves and boil till chicken is cooked. About 30 min. Add carrots and noodles and finish cooking 15 min. till tender. Remove bay leaves. Makes at least 10 servings This makes an 8 qt. saucepan 3/4 full.
