    2 Heads Broccoli
    1 Large Red peppers cut into chunks
    4 Large Mushrooms cut into chunks
    1/2 large Onion choped large
    2 Garlic cloves chopped
    Hot chili pepper
    Black Pepper
    Garlic Seasoning
    Oregano and/or basil


Heat oil. Meanwhile add garlic. Fry for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms, fry for 3 minutes. Add onion fry for 1 minute. Add red pepper fry for 3 minutes. Add broccoli fry for 5 minutes. Meanwhile add spices.
