    2 cups fat free cottage cheese, drained
    1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 large stalk celery, grated
    1 package sugar free lemon jello
    2 cups thawed Cool Whip Free


Mix the cottage cheese, pineapple, carrot and celery. Add sugar free gelatin. Stir together, then stir in Cool Whip. You can use Free, Lite or Sugar Free. I put the carrot and celery in the food processor. Makes 12 one half cup servings.
