    1 lb ground pork
    1/2c panko bread crumbs
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 lg egg
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp chinese five spice


Mix all ingredients together throughly. Form into balls, logs, or whatever other shape you want. Fry in 1 tbsp seasme oil until cooked completely. Can also use this filling for dumplings, either making with canned biscuit dough or wonton shells. When I make as logs, they are about 3-4 inches long and appx 1 inch diameter. Can also form onto skwers and fry or grill.
