Ingredients

    Broccoli, fresh, 454 grams (remove)
    Asparagus, fresh, 454 grams (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Garlic, 5 clove (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 227 grams (remove)

Directions

Put all the ingredients except black Pepper in a large pan with 2 cups of water, or in a pressure cooker and cook untill all vegetables are tender let it cool and then in a blender make in smooth and strain with strainer. Transfer again pan let it boil add pepper and white chedder if you want cheese soup.
