Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 bell peppers cut into about 1/2-inch squares
    2 tsp olive oil
    2 garlic cloves
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    Salt and pepper

Directions

1. Heat the oil in a medium stainless steel pan on high.
2. Add the peppers, garlic, and red-pepper flakes. Saute until they have browned and blistered slightly.
3. Add the balsamic vinegar and cook another 2 minutes. Season to taste.
4. Serve it up!
