    1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
    1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
    1 package taco seasoning
    red wine 1 oz
    olive oil 1 tbs
    egg noodles 1 package


cut up chicken breast and onion, in a ziploc baggie combine cut chicken, onion and taco seasoning. Shake until meat is coated. Heat 1 tbsp ollive oil over med hi heat. Add chicken mixture. Cook until chicken is cooked through, remove from pan, deglaze with red wine. Add chicken mixture back into pan with tomato sauce. Let simmer while cooking egg noodles acording to package.

Pour chicken and sauce over egg noodles and enjoy.

Serves 4.
