    Family Size Velveeta Shells & Cheese
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1 bag of Morning Star Ground Veggie
    1 packet taco seasoning
    2 cups Reduced Fat Cheddar
    1 cup salsa


Prepare mac and cheese as directed. Stir in 1 cup of fat free sour cream. Put half the mac and cheese into casserole dish. Mix ground veggie with taco seasoning. Top the mac & cheese with the ground veggie. Sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over ground veggie. Top with remaining mac and cheese. Cover and bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Remove lid, top with remaining cheese and 1 cup of salsa. Bake until cheese melts. About 10, 1 cup servings.
