Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 medium onion
    4 medium potatoes
    14 oz can cream style corn
    1/4 cup skim milk

Directions

Peel the potatoes. Quarter and put in a saucepan. Cover the potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook until soft. Mash with up to 1/4 cup milk. Set aside. Chop the onion. Brown the onion and meat in a sprayed skillet. Drain. Put in sprayed casserole or pie plate. Pour a can of cream-style corn over the hamburger. Spread the mashed potatoes over the corn. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes until heated through.
