Ingredients

    1 2/3 cup sugar
    1 cup oil
    4 eggs
    1 16oz can pumpkin
    2 cups flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    Cream Cheese Frosting (Optional)
    3 oz. cream cheese
    2 cups powdered sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Cream together sugar and oil. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Beat together ingredients for frosting. Frost brownies when completely colled.(Not included in calorie intake)
