Number of Servings: 6


    1 cup Grapes, halved
    1 cup Peaches, cut into chunks
    1 cup Pears, cut into chunks
    1 cup Pineapples, chunks
    1 cup Strawberries, halves
    1 cup Melon Balls
    1 cup Bananas, sliced

    For Coconut Cream Dressing
    1/3 cup Salad Dressing or Mayo, Lite
    1 Tbsp. Honey
    1/3 cup Heavy Cream, Whippped
    (I used Non-Fat or Sugar Free Whipped Cream and omit the Honey)
    3 Tbsp. Flaked Coconut


Makes 6 1-cup servings
Combine fruit and chill, Serve with Coconut Cream Dressing

To Make Dressing:
Combine salad dressing, honey, and mix well. Fold in whipping cream and coconut. pour over fruit. Chill.
