Ingredients

    4 cups of Brussels sprouts, cleaned and quartered
    2 med-large carrots, cleaned or peeled, coined on an angle
    3 T EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
    1 T McCormick grill seasoning, any flavor (I have seen Asian, Citrus, Italian, and Montreal Steak or Chicken)
    1 freezer-size zip-top bag

Directions

Place veggies in ziplock bag, drizzle lightly with olive oil, just barely enough to coat. Too much will make them soggy. Add grill seasoning; shake to coat evenly. Spread in single layer on cookie sheet, preferably an older one (the veggies char better).

Bake on cookie sheet at 350 for 30 minutes. Carrots and sprouts will be tender in the middle, charred and delicious on the outside!
