    1-3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp Salt

    3/4 C low-fat Plain Yogurt
    1-1/4 C Honey
    2 Eggs
    1 C Mashed Bananas


Put dry ingredients in a large bowl. Stir together. Make a well in center.

Blend honey, eggs, yogurt and bananas just until mixed.

Pour into well and stir to mix. Ignore lumps. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.

Bake in 400'F (200'C) oven for 20-25 minutes.
