    4 cups Heart Smart Bisquick Baking Mix
    2 cups Land O Lakes Fat Free Half and Half
    2 cups Libby's Canned Pumpkin Pie Mix
    2 Egglands Best Large Eggs
    1 Cup finely chopped walnuts
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Water as needed to reach desired consistency
    Pam Cooking Spray


Mix all ingredients except water and cooking spray together well. Add small amounts of water to reach desired consistency. Spray hot griddle with Pam. Cook approximately 2 minutes per side or until golden brown. Makes approximately 36 pancakes. Can be served with syrup or dusted with powdered sugar, but they are tasty alone.
