Ingredients

    1 lb beef stew meat
    4 or 5 medium potatoes, diced
    4 or 5 cups baby carrots
    1 can green beans, drained
    1 pkg brown gravy mix

Directions

Brown stew meat for a few minutes in cooking spray. Cover with water and cook for an hour. Add carrots and potatoes and cook until tender. Add green beans. Eat with cornbread. YUM!!!
